**TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
This agreement outlines the terms under which Trilon Apps Private Limited ("Trilon Apps") makes the Application available to you.
The owner of the Application is Trilon Apps Private Limited, with registered office at 101, Brigade Lakeview, 41 Main Road, BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bengaluru 560068, India.
Access to and use of this Application is free of charge and requires acceptance of these Terms of Use.
**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
BY USING TRILON APPS' APPLICATIONS OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE OF THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING YOUR CONSENT TO THE PRIVACY POLICY (SEE CONDITION 1.4) AND THE LIABILITY LIMITATIONS (SEE CONDITION 7).

**1. ACCEPTANCE**
1.1. The Terms and Conditions of Use of this Application constitute the Services provided to you, including any updates or additions to the Application.
1.2. The information contained herein is current as of today's date. Trilon Apps reserves the right to change these terms at any time by notifying you when you launch the Application. You may be required to read and accept the new terms in order to continue using the Application and Services. Depending on the update, you may not be able to use the Services until you have downloaded the latest version of the Application and accepted the new terms. Trilon Apps also reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to its content.
1.3. For devices on which the Application is downloaded ("Devices"), you are presumed to have obtained permission from the owners if you are not the owner. The owners or you may be charged by your internet service provider. You are responsible, subject to the terms of this document, for your use of the Application or any associated Services on any Device, whether or not you own the Device.
1.4. The terms of our Privacy Policy are available at [Privacy Policy URL] and form part of this text. By using the App or any Service, you acknowledge that transmissions over the Internet are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send using the App or any Service may be read or intercepted by others.
1.5. By using the Application, you consent to our collection and use of technical information about the Devices and related software, hardware, and peripheral information for the purpose of improving our products and providing Services to you.
1.6. Trilon Apps analyzes the use of the application by users to continually improve its mobile applications and to promptly correct software errors.
1.7. Terms like "including", "included", "in particular", or "for example", are illustrative and not restrictive.
**2. APPLICATION PERMISSIONS**
2.1. The application may use various device permissions for functionalities like sending push notifications.
2.2. To configure the application's push notifications, access your mobile device settings:
- In Android, select the Trilon Apps application under "Permissions" or "Notifications" to disable or manage notifications.
- On iOS, consent is requested upon installation. You can manage this in the "Notifications" section of iOS settings.
**3. AUTHORISATION AND SCOPE OF THE LICENCE**
3.1. In consideration of your agreement to these terms and conditions, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use this Application on the Devices, subject to these terms and the Privacy Policy. We reserve all other rights.
**4. LICENCE RESTRICTIONS**
You agree not to:
(a) Copy the Application, except for backup or operational security purposes.
(b) Rent, lease, sublet, lend, or translate the Application.
(c) Alter or modify the Application, or combine it with any other software.
(d) Reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Application, except as allowed by law.
(e) Disclose technical information obtained from the Application, except as required for interoperability.
(f) Remove copyright notices from any copies of the Application.
(g) Make the Application available to others without our consent.
(h) Violate any applicable technology and export control laws.
**5. RESTRICTIONS ON ACCEPTABLE USE**
Prohibited uses include:
(a) Illegal activities, introducing harmful code, or damaging our systems.
(b) Infringing any intellectual property rights.
(c) Transmitting objectionable content.
(d) Interfering with other users' use of the Application.
(e) Harvesting data or attempting to access our servers in unauthorized ways.
**6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS**
6.1. The Application and its components are protected by Intellectual Property Law.
6.2. All intellectual property rights in the
App anywhere in the world belong to us or our licensors. You have no rights other than to use the App according to these terms.
**7. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS**
7.1. The Application is provided for private use only. We are not liable for losses related to commercial use.
7.2. We are liable only for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these terms.
7.3. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
**8. TERMINATION**
8.1. We may terminate your use of the App if you breach these terms.
8.2. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

9.2. We will contact you by email or post using the information you provided.
**10. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS**
10.1. We may transfer our rights under these terms.
10.2. Waivers of breaches are effective only in writing.
10.3. If any term is invalid, others remain effective.
10.4. Disputes are subject to the laws of India and will be adjudicated in Bengaluru.
